Last week I posted a recipe about using up that leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. With Christmas coming up and most people eating just about the same things at both meals, I am spending this week sharing a recipe to use up that leftover ham.
Here is what you need to make Ham and Broccoli Stromboli:
1 package (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup cooked chopped broccoli
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Unroll the dough onto greased baking sheet and set aside.
Mix soup, broccoli, and ham.
Spread soup mixture down the center of dough.
Top with cheese.
Fold long sides of dough over filling and pinch to seal. Pinch short sides to seal.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Slice and serve.
Most delicious leftover ham I ever had! But I think next time I would use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken instead of the cream of celery. I'm not that much of a celery fan, but I still ate two slices of it so it wasn't bad at all.
Eating my ham and watching some Napoleon Dynamite in the treehouse,
Chelli
